the summary begins :

1. so, in the first paragraph or stage, her mother before the poet "  Shirley Toulson" was born, free from all the tensions of adulthood, was enjoying clicking photograph with her two girl cousins on a beach holiday. her mother was 12 years or so and now, the immortal sea which permanent by nature has changed less and washed away their all temporary feet. 

2. the second stage or paragraph, it says that thirty years later, her mother would laugh at her two cousins, that how was their dressed for the beach holiday at their snapshot. 

3. the third phase represents that now she's been dead, she is no more and the poet remembers her mother with a heavy heart. now, all the memories are flashing to the poet. 

so the other meaning of this poem is :-) 

#-) the thing which changed is not nature but a human being, the nature of change. this poem tells about that the permanent thing which is going to exist in this human world that is nature and beauty of environment: ex - sea in the poem. the temporary thing is our life, it'll go and come again, but nature is stable and always existed. 

#-) the other thing which the poem teaches about we need to understand the cycle of death and birth, as it comes to every person, and goes. every person has to die one day, even how the large person's identity, it doesn't matter. hence, these were the two points that the poem explains to us.
